Taking care of business In addition to all her science experiments and assignments, Opportunity must also take
care of routine tasks to just keep on roving. In mid-March 2018, the robot checked on
her Rock Abrasion Tool (RAT) with her Front Hazard Camera. The rover used the RAT
early in the month for the first time in more than 300 sols or Martian days. Then the robot
turned on her Navcam and took a picture of her solar arrays, all but whisked clean by the
winds that blow up from the floor of Endeavour. More than 14 years into a 90-sol
