The Rose In this false-color image from NASA's Cassini spacecraft, Saturn's north polar storm almost looks like a red rose surrounded by green foliage. This is among the first images Cassini took of Saturn's north pole in sunlight. The storm itself measures 2,000 kilometers (1,250 miles) across and has windspeeds as fast as 150 meters per second (330 miles per hour). NASA/JPL-Caltech/SSI
