Himalia is Jupiter's largest irregular satellite and is about 170 kilometers in diameter, similar in size to Saturn's moon Janus. The photo was taken by New Horizons from a distance of 10.8 million kilometers at a phase angle of 73 degrees. It has been enlarged by a factor of four.
