Frost-capped peaks of Asgard's rim, Callisto Bright, eroded remnants of the outer ring of the Asgard impact basin appear to crop out of lower-lying, dark cratered plains in this Galileo photo taken on May 25, 2001. The image is about 10 kilometers wide. The original image had conspicuous data gaps that have been roughly filled in to make them less obvious. You can view the unaltered image here.
