Ceres’ brightest spots as seen on 14-15 April 2015 (animation) Dawn took these images on April 14 and 15 from a vantage point 22,000 kilometers above Ceres' northern hemisphere. They provide an oblique view on Ceres' fascinating bright spots as they rotate into sunlight. In this animation, the images have been enlarged by a factor of 4 and aligned.
