A scientist’s timeline When Abby Fraeman was first introduced to the Mars Exploration Rovers mission, she was a junior in high school, and one of the Student Astronauts on the Red Rover Goes to Mars project, which The Planetary Society partnered with the Lego Company. Today, she is the MER Deputy Projected Scientist, at JPL-Caltech. This graphic shows the trajectory or her schooling and career to date.
