Paul Helfenstein

Paul Helfenstein is a Senior Research Associate in Cornell University's Department of Astronomy. He is a member of the Cassini Imaging Science Subsystem (ISS) team whose research focuses on the surface geology of the icy satellites of the outer planets. His work also includes the development and application of radiative transfer theory as a tool for remotely determining the surface properties of planets, natural satellites, asteroids, and comets.
