Jason Kalirai
Deputy Project Scientist, James Webb Space Telescope, Space Telescope Science Institute
As an astronomer at the Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI), Jason studies the formation and evolution of stars and galaxies in the local universe. His current research interests involve imaging and spectroscopic observations of resolved stellar populations, such as nearby star clusters and dwarf galaxies.
He is also the Deputy Project Scientist for the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), NASA's next flagship astrophysics mission.
