David is Assistant Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Northern Arizona University. Much of his research focuses on the formation and evolution of planetary systems like our own Solar System. He relies on both ground and space-based telescopes, and on archived data gathered years ago. David's work on near Earth asteroids includes observations with the Spitzer Space Telescope, the infrared-seeing sister to the Hubble.
