Cassie Stuurman

Cassie Stuurman is a signal analysis engineer, geophysicist, and researcher at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). Her background spans Earth and planetary science and radar signal processing, with a focus on advancing our understanding of water and ice through remote sensing radar techniques. Her research interests include SAR/InSAR data processing, planetary radar sounding of ice, DEM generation over ice surfaces, and investigating how glacial melt affects Earth’s river systems, particularly in regions critical for freshwater resources.
