Stephanie Lam

Stephanie Lam joined the membership department in 1989. Today, she primarily manages all data that comes in or out from our membership database. This includes everything from downloading and updating constituent profiles, to tracking and analyzing membership data reports, to reviewing and revising our direct marketing materials. She also closely tracks major donations so that we can promptly process and acknowledgement the gifts, as well as, manages membership fulfillment to keep the department up to date. She not only enjoys interacting with our members and donors through her position, but also with most vendors and consultants to track and reduce costs for The Society.

Beyond her passion for daily management of her many membership activities, she’s stayed onboard because of the thrill that “we get to spend our days making a difference in the space community.” Plus, she’s gotten to “witness successful spacecraft landings with our proud members and work events with our partners, like NASA/JPL.”
