Brandon Schoelz

Brandon learned the wonders of space as a child when Haley's Comet passed by and he got his first telescope. The ability to combine his interests for “space science and information technology is an exceptionally gratifying opportunity.”

As our systems administrator and programmer, Brandon maintains and supports the office's computer equipment, network, workstations, servers, software, and accounts. His passion is web development that is used to build applications and content for planetary.org, as well as custom apps used by staff to increase productivity. Brandon makes sure staff members have adequate technology to function as best as possible in their duties.

He’s also the administrator for our domains, email accounts, web hosting, online donation processing, and systems integration. He has close relationships with each department supporting the technology used to achieve our mission.
