Upamanyu says: "When I first came to know about the contest I was determined
to create something which had to contain a scientific perspective as well as
an artistic view. Then, I tried to accumulate some basic things of Venus’ surface,
and its atmospheric composition in my artwork. As it is, Venus is popularly
known as a planet of LOVE, I have named my creation giving a combination of
mythology with science. I also tried to reveal the surface composition more
accurately by drawing a volcano and numerous craters. I tried to give it an
artistic view after my imagination was put to picture. Since pastel color is
very artistic, I decided to use the same."
