Phoenix Robotic Arm Camera (RAC) raw images

These pages are provided by The Planetary Society as a handy way to browse the images that are returned to Earth from the Phoenix lander. Since this page's inception, Mark Lemmon at Texas A & M University, head of the group operating the SSI instrument (the mast-mounted, multispectral, stereo camera), has copied its format to produce an automatically updated index to all the Phoenix SSI images, so this page no longer contains those. Now it serves to archive the images from the Robotic Arm Camera (RAC).

These pages are updated whenever Emily Lakdawalla gets around to it, which can be as often as once daily but may be less often as family and work obligations intervene. They were last updated on October 9, 2008. Data was downloaded from the Phoenix mission website using Mike Howard's Midnight Mars Browser. MMB was also used to generate the table of metadata that is used to generate and populate these pages.

All images should be credited to NASA / JPL / UA.
