Paul Chodas is the Manager of the NASA NEO Program Office at JPL. Paul received his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and is an authority on asteroid dynamics and impact probabilities. He is the principal architect for orbit determination and ephemeris software used by the JPL NEO Program Office and a co-developer of the Sentry impact monitoring system.
