Koichiro Tsuruda
Scientist, ISAS Planetary Exploration Group
Koichiro Tsuruda is a Scientist in the Planetary Exploration Group of Japan's Institute of Space and Astronautical Science. He worked on the Planet-B (Nozomi) mission and was the Principal Investigator of the Electric Field Detector (EFD) instrument aboard the joint U.S.-Japan GEOTAIL spacecraft.
